The building has been built instead of the rental house destroyed at the Second World War. The architects P. Birulis and J. Skalberg have developed the project externally similar to a former facade but completely accorded to the modern requirements of architecture and accommodation. The building is built in 1986 and also perfectly fits into architecture of the old city. Many years in the building one of the biggest publishing houses of the Baltic was placed.
There is an elevator and all the city utilities in the building.
The household is for old-term rent. Either one anchor tenant for all the areas or rent of the separate areas are possible. The fist floor and a semi-basement can be used as a restaurant or cafè - there is an equipped restaurant kitchen. Areas on 2nd to 6th floor are intended for office premises. Technical details of the household: Land plot area: 902 sq.m. Total area of the building: 2682 sq.m. Number of floors: 6
